Large size 34-46 Inches. If around your abdominal past 46 inches, then purchase the next size up.

I have another shower guard and the belt is an XL, so I bought another XL figuring it would be same size but it is way too big. Can I exchange it for a large? If you check my past orders I ordered an XL but for some reason this belt is way too long. If I can exchange it that would be awesome! Please let me know, I do love the product.

I like the system, but the belt sizing is a bit hard to determine for a snug fit. Also the elastic nature of the belt, which is necessary for a snug, dry fit, does wear out with constant use.

I had to order a new belt for my shower guard. It's a bit confusing knowing the correct size to order, especially since you have to wrap it around back to the front to make sure you have a dry fit. I measure 39 inches at the stoma and ordered a large, but it was too short. When I explained my problem, they sent me a small one to add to the large and together it works great. Customer service is excellent.
